Robert W. Young attended law school at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Bar in 1988.
Since 1991 he has written a regular column on Immigration Law issues for the Hamilton Law Association News Magazine. He has also been granted several awards from the Hamilton region’s immigrant and refugee communities for his professional assistance.
Robert W. Young has also appeared in all Courts and administrative tribunals which deal with immigration and refugee matters including the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Immigration Appeal Board, and the Federal Court. He also practices in the area of Citizenship.
Robert W. Young was certified by Ontario’s Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Citizenship and Immigration Law in both general immigration and in refugee protection matters into 2005.
