Ken Coit
Ken Coit is an Architect, urban designer, and amateur historian. After graduating from the University of Waterloo, School of Architecture in 1993 he returned to his hometown, Hamilton to work for several local architecture firms. In 2004 he joined the City of Hamilton as an urban designer and presently is responsible for the city’s public art program. As a member of the Hamilton and Burlington Society of Architects and the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario, Ken has volunteered his time to lead many community projects including a series of exhibitions on Hamilton’s architecture at the Art Gallery of Hamilton, Doors Open Hamilton and numerous architectural walking tours.
